You will need U.2 to PCIe adapter to use in most any desktop build. You will need the x16 adapter if you want to get the full speed out of these drives.
Please note the connector picture type. This is not SATA hard drive and will not fit any SATA socket or adapter. If you are unsure about compatibility, drop us a line.
We have used these in RAID 0 inside a Dell T5820 and they are the fastest drives we've seen by far.
