Order help: status, changes, and cancellations
Our handling time is 1 business day, so there is a short window to adjust an order before it ships. Reach out as soon as you know something needs to change and we will do our best to catch it.
- Address or item corrections: Call or email us before your order ships and include your order number.
- Cancellations: We can cancel an order any time before it leaves the warehouse. Once a package ships and tracking is emailed, treat it as a return instead.
- Order not received: If tracking stalls or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we will help trace it with the carrier.
Tracking your order
Most orders ship with free USPS Ground Advantage, Monday through Friday. Once your package is on its way, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. We ship within the United States only.
If you have not seen a tracking email within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email info@LA-Tronics.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Warranty claims
Items carry a 30-day warranty by default. Some products list a longer term on their own product details page, so check the listing for the unit you bought. Items sold expressly as "for parts / not working" or "as-is" carry no warranty.
To start a claim, email info@LA-Tronics.com with:
- Your order number.
- A short description of the fault, plus a photo or short video if the issue is visible.
- The serial number if you can find it, which speeds up matching the unit to your order.
We review claims and reply within 1 business day with the next step. A defective or dead-on-arrival unit is covered for a full refund at no cost to you, and we pay the return shipping.
Starting a return
Returns are simple, and we never charge a restocking fee. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To begin, email info@LA-Tronics.com or call (424) 269-2902 with your order number and tell us why you are returning the item.
- Defective, DOA, or not as described: Full refund at no cost to you, and we cover the return shipping.
- Changed your mind: Still welcome within the 30-day window with no restocking fee; you cover the return shipping in that case.
- Item condition: Send it back in the same condition you received it, with all included accessories. Original packaging is preferred.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

We supply refurbished and open-box laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, tablets, components, and networking gear in volume for schools, repair shops, IT teams, and resellers. If you need multiple units or a recurring supply, email info@LA-Tronics.com with the models, quantities, and target quantity per SKU, and we will put together a quote.
