These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase you make from LA-Tronics Inc through this storefront. They cover the sale of our products: how orders are accepted, how you pay, how items ship, and the warranty and return promises that come with them. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

LA-Tronics is a Gardena, California reseller and refurbisher of quality used, refurbished, and open-box electronics: laptops and notebooks, tablets, all-in-ones and desktops, computer components, chargers and cables, wearables, phones and business phone systems, and audio/video gear. We inspect, test, and grade every unit before we list it.

These are our Terms of Sale. They are separate from any Terms of Use that govern how you browse and use the website itself.

1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the listed price. Your offer is not accepted the moment you click "Place Order," and a confirmation email only tells you we received it. We accept your order when we ship it, and that is the point a binding contract of sale forms.

Because we sell single-quantity, individually graded units, we may decline or cancel an order if an item sells out, if a listing carried a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify your payment or shipping details. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and can change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your purchase is the one displayed at checkout when you submit it.

• California sales tax is added where applicable and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Most items are one-of-a-kind refurbished or open-box units, so stock is limited and an item can sell out between the time you add it to your cart and the time you check out.
• Each product's condition grade and included accessories are described on its details page. Read that page before you buy.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely by Stripe, along with PayPal. You authorize us to charge your chosen method for the full order total, including any applicable tax, when we process your order.

Card processing is PCI-compliant, and we never store your full card details on our servers. Stripe and PayPal handle that data directly.

4. Shipping

Most items ship free via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Handling time is 1 business day, orders ship Monday through Friday, and estimated delivery runs 3–7 business days after shipment. We email your tracking number once the label is created.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships. Contact us at info@LA-Tronics.com or (424) 269-2902 with your order number, and we will do everything we can to catch it in time.

Because our handling time is short, an order may already be packed or in transit by the time your request reaches us. If it has shipped, we will treat it as a return under our Return Policy instead.

6. Warranty

Items carry a 30-day warranty by default, unless a longer term is stated on that product's details page. Where a product page specifies a different warranty period, that stated period controls.

• The warranty covers hardware faults that are not caused by accident, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.
• Items listed as "for parts / not working" or "as-is" are sold without warranty. Their listings say so plainly.

If a covered item fails during its warranty period, reach out and we will make it right.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and we never charge a restocking fee. If an item arrives defective, dead on arrival, or not as described, you get a full refund and we cover the return shipping. That is our core return promise.

• Return the item in the same condition you received it, with all included accessories. Original packaging is preferred.
• Changed your mind on an item that is exactly as described? You can still return it within the 30-day window with no restocking fee. You cover the return shipping in that case.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility for any product is limited to the warranty and return remedies described above. To the fullest extent the law allows, LA-Tronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of a product, including lost data, lost profits, or downtime. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Back up your data before sending any device to us or returning it. We cannot recover or restore files from a returned unit.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any sale made under them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be handled under California law.
