At LA-Tronics, we ship the same inspected, tested, and graded electronics you see on our product pages — laptops, tablets, desktops and all-in-ones, components, chargers and cables, wearables, phones, and audio/video gear — carefully packed and tracked from our facility in Gardena, California. This page explains what shipping costs, how quickly your order goes out, when to expect it, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Shipping cost

We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on most items. When free shipping applies, it is shown on the product page and again at checkout — there are no surprise handling surcharges added afterward. A small number of oversized or heavier items may carry a calculated shipping charge, which is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Handling time

Our handling time is 1 business day. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed on a business day are typically prepared and shipped within the next business day.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the following business day.
  • Every unit is verified against your order before it is packed, so the item you ordered is the item that ships.

Estimated delivery time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates — actual transit time depends on your distance from Gardena, California and on USPS network conditions. Weather, high-volume periods, and holidays can occasionally add a day or two.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. Use it to follow your package from our facility to your door. If you have not received a tracking email within a business day or two of ordering, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we are unable to ship to freight forwarders for export. If our shipping destinations change in the future, this page will be updated.

Shipping address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Providing a complete and correct address is the customer's responsibility. An incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address may delay your package or cause it to be returned to us.

  • If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can only correct an address before the order ships.
  • Once a package is in the carrier's hands, the address can no longer be changed by us.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an address error or an unclaimed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages

We pack every order to travel safely, but once a package leaves our facility it is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, if it arrives damaged, or if it's marked undeliverable, contact us and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.

  2. For a damaged item, please keep the packaging and take a few photos of the box and contents — this helps us file the carrier claim quickly.
  3. We'll open an investigation with USPS on your behalf and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
